I've found the secret to establishing and maintaining a regular creative practice is having a container that works for me.
The Daily Creative Practice Journal is actually made up of 12 individual pamphlets/signatures that you "live in" throughout the month.
The individual pamphlets are perfectly sized to give you at least one spread per week for any given month.
Staying engaged and not overwhelmed is key to living in this journal all year long.
Just a bit of what you can expect to make
What to Expect
All new for the 2023 version, We will revise the binding from previous years and I include a canvas journal cover design in the instruction.
11 hours of live-recorded instruction on constructing your journal broken down into easy to consume segments.
In this course you will prepare your folios & stitch them into 12 individual pamphlets + front and back liners.
You will be guided in at least 3 different methods of painting/collaging so your monthly covers will have some variety.
At the end of the course your monthly pamphlets will be ready for "living in" with room for one spread per week through the year.
The curriculum inside this course contains bonus video content on other ways to paint/collage your covers as well as some finishing techniques.
All bonus materials inside the classroom will be new/updated from previous courses (DCPJ 1.0 and DCPJ 2.0)
The size is just right to fit 7 segments per spread to give you enough room to document your days OR allow you space to paint or doodle or draw. Lessons include ways to maximize that space to include more information when you need to.
A Great Container
Take part in challenges like Inktober or use up those fun stationary supplies you tend to collect and so much more!
The monthly pamphlets are easy to carry with you, use as your every day calendar if you like. They lay flat and have a great surface to paint, write, draw or just about whatever you can imagine.
